As Head of Marketing and Communications in the healthcare and hospital sector, I lead the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel initiatives that strengthen awareness, access, and engagement across hospitals, physical and mental health services, and community-based care. My work is grounded in a clear mission: to position healthcare as essential, empowering, and stigma-free—delivering campaigns that resonate with patients, families, clinicians, professionals, and wider communities.
I drive measurable impact by leveraging AI-enabled marketing technologies, including predictive analytics, CRM automation, content personalization, and sentiment analysis. From optimizing patient and hospital journeys to launching new clinical services and monitoring real-time ROI, I use data and AI to create smarter, faster, and more human-centered marketing and communications strategies.
With over a decade of marketing leadership experience, I specialize in emotionally intelligent storytelling that connects, converts, and builds trust. My portfolio spans hospitals, health systems, wellness centers, clinics, fitness and prevention programs, and school-based health initiatives, ensuring healthcare services are not only visible—but genuinely valued.
For me, marketing and communications are more than promotion—they are advocacy. I lead with empathy, insight, and the intelligent application of AI to uncover meaningful stories, shift perceptions, and open pathways to care—strengthening trust between hospitals, healthcare providers, and the communities they serve.

Inspired by Alice – Aspris Wellbeing Centre
In the golden sands of the UAE, just beyond the edge of imagination lived a camel unlike any other. With a fluffy blue curl atop his head and a soft golden coat, this gentle creature carried more than just supplies—he carried courage.
His name? Bumpy.
Bumpy got his name from a remarkable little girl named Alice. Every day, Alice came to Aspris Wellbeing Centre with her older brother, who was receiving care and support from the psychology team. While her brother was in session, Alice would wait patiently, always bringing a smile and a quiet strength that lit up the room.
The team at Aspris noticed how kind and brave Alice was—not just once, but every single visit. One afternoon, when shown a picture of a cuddly camel in need of a name, Alice screamed, “Bumpy”, adding “He looks like he helps people with their bumpy days.”
And just like that, Bumpy was born.
Bumpy isn’t just a plush toy—he’s a soft and snuggly friend who helps children feel safe, calm, and brave. With his warm smile and cozy blue jacket, Bumpy reminds every child that it’s okay to have tough days, and that even the bumpiest journeys can be filled with love, hope, and healing.
He listens when you talk.
He sits quietly when you need stillness.
And most of all, he’s there when you need to feel strong.
Thanks to Alice’s heart and her brother’s journey, Bumpy now walks alongside every child at Aspris—one thoughtful step at a time.
